The job to do 3 tasks:
1) Twilio integration (webrtc) to be able to make and receive calls ans SMS in CRM.
2) Work Flow (Automatization)
Create automatic tasks WHEN:
A new oportunity is created or edited
A new lead is created or edited
A new quotation is created or edited
A new Invoice is created or edited
A new customer is created or edited
A new lead is created or edited
A new organization is created or edited
A new task is created or edited
THEN
Create task (by type)
Create ticket
Send email with/without template
Create lead
The idea is to trigger some actions when other actions happend (for example, each time a NEW lead is created, … create automatically a new email using template “x” and create a new task “Call Follow up in 24 hours to ask if received the email and wants to buy our product”.
3) Add more widgets to dashboard
Will be limited to 8 new widgets. 4 graphic and 4 text only. Similar to pipedrive widgets.
