We are IT company and one of the vertical is managed print service (MPS. Check more about MPS on the web). We provide toners for the printer and charge client on per print. It also include service of the printers.
We are looking for developing SaaS based module. So other MPS provider can use our module depending on subscription. Software should have masters, production, field technician service module, different kinds of billing as per client requirement, business intelligence module, scanned document should be associated with entry, payment followup module, toner production, barcode integration, basic accounting, export data to tally, different types of delivery notes, dynamic dashboard for each user, user wise authentication and restrictions to modules and entry, toner sr no generation, inward outward of stock, web login for each client and engineer, sms alerts to client and engineers, mobile app, logistics, 100+ reports, sorting in reports, drill down to entry, year wise database, should be able to connect to different erp so we can import and export certain data, direct mail option, download any report to pdf or excel format, help for each field,
Android app for field technicians. Google map integration with field technician service module.
3rd party SNMP tool will be used to capture printer details such as page count, different levels, sr no, error codes. You will display all these data on client admin web console.

Once we finalize freelancer we will share wireframe and logic.
Freelancer should have knowledge of developing Android based app and integration of google map with gps tracking & developing SaaS module.
We need web based as well as android app. Web based for admin purpose and android for technicians and online sales
