I've got a rapid development framework that lets me put voice interfaces together quickly and lets you swap out the scripts yourself later without recompiling. If it matters, the framework lets you use the same codebase to run on Amazon Alexa devices without changes. At this price I'll build the app for Google Assistant, demonstrate it working (running on my server), and provide instructions for deploying to your own server. For an additional fee I'll deploy it to your server or help you spin up a server to host it. If this is as simple as you describe, it can be done in a few hours.
