Simple changes on Wordpress Website

Hi. I have a Wordpress Website [login to view URL] For the upcoming year, I need some changes on website, and some new simple features: 1) First of all, i would like a favicon for my website, with my logo. 2) [login to view URL] Here is my new member section. I would like another section on this page for members who already has been members last year. For existing members, they only need to fill out Name, adress etc. In the admin page, there needs to be two seperate pages, one for new members (Which is already there), and former members. I would like a simple dropdown (See attached picture). Needs to fit the website, and please make it look cool :) 3) [login to view URL] I would like adding a picture in the two lower boxes on the left. 1 with my profile pic, and the lowest one with my logo. 4) [login to view URL] At the bottom, just after the "Aftaleindgåelse til Juventus officielle fanklub 2019/20", i would like a fixed text called "Terms", like you see with Marketing, Profiling, Data Communication. This terms needs to linked to a PDF file I have, and if possible, also available for download. You have to read it, and click agree box, before you can proceed.
