Siberian CMS application build with instagram login

I need an application developed in the siberian CMS, the app uses 4 pre bought modules that need configuration. One needs linking into a woocommerce store and the application needs to have login with instagram, this is NOT from a pre bought module. The modules just need configuring alongside visual customization which is all done through the siberan CMS. I need someone who has created an application in the ZEND 1 framework and has developed on the Siberian CMS app builder previously. The app needs to be built and delievered to both the app store and play store and the time frame is to be completed bny February 25th. Payment will be paid at agreed milestones
