I have a sql server that I need to trigger a php file to send out emails.

I need a scheduled task set up in windows server 2016 scheduled job in Azure to make this happen

I have tried several times but it wont actually work despite saying it worked when I trigger it manually. The target php file does send the emails when I use my web-browser to trigger the file.
