client want to personalise communications to USA customers. They want an ONLINE tool : 1. upload a CSV w/ email addresses 2. Tool searches FB / Social / Public Records to find a First Name match to that email address 3. Download csv after completed search - Email and name columns 4. Tool should be password protected 5. Hosting on a digital ocean droplet or something similarly cheap This should use FREE services and their API’s to do the search and be capable of running 5k searches a day MINIMUM. Any future API changes by 3rd parties you will fix free of charge or for a small agreed fixed fee
