Reporting software/scanner

Need a software developer for reporting /screener purpose. we have specific link for each stocks symbol which gives market related data but it is in scattered way .we want all data for symbols at one place with in 3 mins , below is brief of our requirement ->As shown in image once we click the link related to stock symbol we get data as shown , we want product of price and quantity for all levels and ratio of total buy and sell quantity. For a given stock symbol we want above all requested data in single row . Like that we want list of all stocks (approximately 80 to 100) at single place with the option of sort and filter. Everyday data related to stock symbol changes,we want automatic updation of data in software quickly within 3 mins
