Realistic Fake User Creation

I need to create a bunch of fake users to test my site, running on a script called WoWonder. I need these users to have realistic names, brief details and avatar/profile photo. The developer advised to use json to create loops and add to the database (MySql). Below is what he suggested: 1 - Simply create a json array like: [login to view URL] 2 - Then to loop it on PHP: (Here's how): [login to view URL] 3 - For the avatar, include a link or path, and use file_get_contents and file_put_contents to get and create an avatar for you, then save it to DB in the loop So, I need someone to do this for me, rather fast. Please don't jump and bid, unless you can do this right away and be sure that you have the skills sets to do it as well. I'm not interested in anyone who's going to outsource this to a programmer.
