Proof of Concept Project - Twilio-based Text Messaging

The winning freelancer will be creating a simple one-page website that will allow the user to select text message recipients from a MySQL database and then send an SMS message to them using the Twilio API. The site will be pre-configured with WordPress, which will handle user management. Project Flow: Upon login to the site, the user will be taken to the interface page. Upon page load, the page will query a MySQL Database that contains a list of names and telephone numbers and return them. The page will auto-populate the list of names and generate a checkbox next to each one, generate an input text box for the user to type in a message, along with a button to send the message. Once the message is sent, the page will either a) Return any error messages sent by the Twilio API or b) confirm the message was successfully sent. Once complete, this project MAY be extended to add additional functionality.
