Procurement analysis and contract KPI measurements

So I am looking for a power bi expert who can build me a contract management kpi dashboard.
The dashboard should have the following three levels:
- Executive Level
Sees a list off all contracts in their directorate and has a traffic light system that shows green (all kpi's are being met) yellow (kpi bordering tolerance level off track) and red (kpi is off track). The executive should then be able to hover over the traffic lights and get more crucial information. Also, would love contracts coming up for expiry by their date.
- Associate Director Level
Sees all contracts only within their business unit and not the wider directorate. Similar to the above design, a traffic light system would be great with contracts coming up for expiry within a 12 month period.
- Contract manager level
Sees contracts allocated to them as contract managers. They should see kpi traffic light system, upcoming contract management dates such as meetings, contracts expiring, contact details of the suppliers of their contracts etc
I'm looking for this to be mocked up and designed to be asthetically pleasing to the eye at all levels and integrated with one another.
