Hi, I have more than 10 years experience in Prestashop. I have developed alot Prestashop modules/features. I can develop a module with Override feature, you can install module, enable/disable module (enable or disable email notification to customer). So everythign can control via admin, no need update/remove file,.. I can finish this module very soon. Thanks
