Powershell script

I need a Power shell script written. Requirements: It needs to query an API for 3 outputs. (API is already built) Match the outputs with a value in the script. (value should be an IP address) If the outputs are mismatched then it should send out an email to alert admin of a problem. Must be able to set the query times and these must be looped. The PowerShell script also needs to query remote host for monitoring RAM, processor, bandwidth usage. This Data will be sent via email in a CSV format or other format that the power shell developer decides. (the frequency of emails should be able to be set in powershell) Email subject should be customizable. Should be able to set the following in powershell settings or script file. SMTP server EMAIL FROM EMAIL TO This will be run on Powershell on Ubuntu
