Popular Flutter Applications

This is a very long relationship with whoever gets this project done and this project is the start. I want an experienced team or company to develop multiple flutter applications for me, I'll start with three popular applications: 1- Listing application. 2-Real estate for renting and selling. 3- Multistore Delivery system (Delivery boy, Store Owner, Store Client). I assume these applications are very popular and basic, So, If you haven't already implemented those applications before, please do not bid on this project. I need the applications to be perfectly responsive for all the devices (smartphones, web, desktops) because I am not planning to have an application for each platform, I'll build the same flutter application for all the platforms. I like to work with the developers who work fast, work seriously, keep me updated with the progress and are able to work on all the applications in parallel not one by one. Based on the Freelancer.com advice, I don't pay in advance, I pay only for the successfully finished parts. I have created a document that contains my customization to these applications, you don't have to worry about these customizations if you have already developed some flutter applications.
