Passing a value from URL around a wordpress-page

Hi, This can be done in following way without using cookies using PHP & Jquery: 1- Script will check if query string "value" exists and not empty 2- If Yes, then value will be taken to a variable 3- Using Jquery, all links on the page (inboud, outboud) will appended with this value.
