I'll disable Mod which not required and I'll install php accelerator varnish. This will speedup website 10x more than normal. I'll create swap memory (this depend upon RAMx4x=swap) & this will reduce server RAM and load balancing will work fine,I'll increase INNODB packet limit. I'll check everything. If your website ecommerce like magento, I'll increase max user and parallel sql query (atleast 500 and max user 1500).
