I'm looking for an expert in devoloper who can speak Telugu language and could able to write a script that can identify and download all PDF files uploaded everyday from Newspaper Websites to save my time by doing it manually. The techie need to send all PDF files uploaded in different Newspaper Websites on daily basis. The PDF files should be easily readable, annotatable, and searchable.
