I had created a lot of WP sites that are now no longer in use and their databases / users haven't been deleted which means you need to keep working databases / users intact and delete the ones that are not in use. This has to be done via phpmyadmin and you need to be careful not to delete any database that is in use. Type MYSQL-phpmyadminDB so I know you have read and understood what needs to be done. As per my estimate, there might be around 30-50 such inactive databases and users.
