We understand there will be a native app. Which will establishes freelancing and crowdsourcing marketplace between Users and Freelancers. The current scope of work in the develop some screens and as well an admin portal. From this portal user can add freelancers and send those details to app also. App users can be anonymous users/registered users?. Please confirm. So, while the app will be open, the current location of the device will go to the web server through a service call. So basis on this certain radius of location web could be send those freelancer's details to app. Then users will be show those freelancers as a list or grid(whatever you will suggest). After click on any freelancer from list app will redirect to that provided screen. And the user will be show this freelancer's profile image, profile name with three options to view more with details. If user need to ask this freelancer for his/her service or call, they need to be do that in service tab. History, where from user will show their reviewed freelancers, liked videos/images. And this can be handle through app locally. On Settings screen they can edit their profile info, enabling/disabling location service and push notification. So if they disabled the location service they can be view more freelancers. "Send notification to users" will be ADMIN's responsibility. Via Support user can email to the authority.
