Need help with back end shopify shipping

I am looking to hire someone to take over working on the back end of my site. I have bespoke shipping and code currently in there for my shipping rates. I need someone who can go in and edit shipping prices when I need and other various tasks on shopify. This would be an ongoing work relationship. The person MUST be efficient in shopify and MUST be able to complete requests in a timely manner.

In addition to the coding for shipping rates ideal candidate would be creative and could help me make some changes to the layout of my site, add some photos to the top etc.
