Need CSS, HTML web design done

We are looking for somebody to design and create a small part of our website, we only need the HTML/CSS/Javascript template as we will integrate our own PHP into it. The two pages that we need are: My Account This must display the client’s details in a very user-friendly and simple way (If you are chosen we will give you more details on what fields are required) Shortlist This needs to be a list of other users details and must be made so that each user has a checkbox so it must be made as part of a functional form so that an action can be made on all users at the same time. It must be made so that it is a series of <li>’s in one <ul> Each user in this list must also include: A small text field so that the client can write notes, the username, location, availability and the date they were added to the shortlist When you apply for this please include the phrase ‘CSS client project’ so that we can ignore applicants that have not read the description. We will ask that you give us the design first and will pay part of it, if we like the design then you can write the code and get the full amount. The code must be written on 4 separate pages, two html pages and two css pages. Screenshots etc. can be provided of current pages on the site upon request.
