Hello, I am a business/data analyst, working out of Madison WI, that does consulting work on the side. I have extensive knowledge of SQL, as well as report creation from scratch or from existing databases. I certainly am capable of migrating your previous report from Access to your new database. I would like to know a few things: What technology that your new database is on? (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, etc) Do you need the PHP coding done for your report, or are you after the query results, and you will code the rest of the PHP yourself? Will I have access to the Access Database? How many reports are you needing to convert? Once I have the Access queries, I will be able to rework them for your new database.
