Description We want someone who can build a [login to view URL] style studio site for our own internet TV channel. You can also check: ustreamtv, justintv, , blogtv. It will need to have HD quality accounts, nearly an exact clone of Mogulus. The similarities, differences and/or additions to these sites are the following: 1- We want user to be able to upload and set up a play list and have it run on autopilot. 2- We want to be able to insert LIVE events on the playlist or to insert a complete LIVE feed into the site. (Multiple LIVE feeds) 3- User will be able to upload files containing Channel ID (BUG) and/or Lower 1/3 credit bar and embedded into their video signal. We would like to have more FX and animation futures for the user to use on the STUDIO-Master Control-Editing Room side of the software. Ei: like youtube ID runs on top of every video played in their site. 4- Closed Caption and subtitling capability. We would like to have subtitles and/or closed captions running on top of the video. The subtitles or captions will run from a text file uploaded to the site by the members or provided by us. In other words: a person who is watching the signal after the channel runs on air, will be able to choose their personal preference from the available subtitles or caption files and watch the signal with closed captions or subtitles over the video picture as with a DVD. The viewers control the language option. The subtitles or caption file extension and format can be discussed with us. 6- We want to be able to pull videos off Video Share Community sites such as you tube on individual channels. 7- We will have different types of membership. Free and paid memberships, each with different benefits and options. 8- The user needs to see the whole playlist on the screen in a timeline such us any video editor. Small thumbnails will be helpful to achieve this. 9- We need to have a type of (e-bay) module inside of our site where the user can buy, sell, license or trade their video productions. Users will be able to license their original video, music and graphics content to different networks created by users using a module of the site where they will post their production for licensing, trade or sale. When any user selects one of these elements to be use on one of the original created networks, the system will automatically detect that the element is in use and will credit the element owner's account with a payment, points or both.. (To be determined by site administrator) 10- Every member will have the chance to create an account and deposit funds to be used for original content licensing. There are several photo share sites that use something similar to this. You post a photo and when people use it you automatically get money, points or both credited to your account. The main difference here will be using a tool that automatically detects when the content is airing on any of the networks from the site and as many times during the day, week, month, etc. The administrator of the site needs to have the control of this process selecting the way the system will be crediting the user accounts: i.e. the user will get paid as many times as the content airs, the user will receive just a one time payment without receiving any payment per use that the contents airs. This scroll down option needs to come with an ©ADD' feature for the administrator to add more options. 11- The video player can be embedded within any other sites. 12- We need the user to be able to create a profile, upload wallpapers, pictures, videos, and music files. They will be able to create their personal ©touch© to their space like myspace does. 13- This is a multilingual site. 14- A forum area needs to be created. 15- NDA and a contract need to be signed. References and samples need to be provided in advance or as per request by us. 16- We are not going to be awarding the project based only on price but quality, references and knowledge. 17- PAYMENT: We will deposit 25% of the job in escrow using the escrow account system provided on this site or any other escrow site available selected by us and approved by contractor at the sign of the contract and NDA is signed and returned to us in original. Another 10% after receiving the media player with the capability to run video, digital subtitles in multiple languages and SAP. The Remaining balance will be paid after the final approved project is delivered, installed, approved and in FULL operation in our server. 18- COMMUNICATIONS: Phone Number, Email and Skype. 19- Final script installation is required in our server and we will need access to your server to see the developing progress online on a daily basis. 20- We will own the entire original design programming codes; the copyrights and trademarks of the site. Your work will be considered as a work for hire. 21- MAXIMUM TIME FRAME: The entire site in full operation within but not exceeding 60 Days. A production schedule needs to be provided to us with specific deliverable time lines. 22- Graphic Design will be done on our end. We will provide the logos and graphic concepts. We are looking for someone to build the back end platform. 23- You will provide support until the bugs are fixed.
