Modify my existing web site & to migrate to another host

My 12 year old web site needs some modifications. It is well ranked in google search results. The site is about home stay facility – hotel industry. It has less than 15 pages.
The first task will be to migrate to another host & then there are some changes to me made
The main changes are:
1. The welcome page needs to be modified.
2. To remove some pages
3. Make content wider and font bigger on all pages.
4. Some pages in the blog are not opening / not seen properly. Correct all pages
5. Check and correct all internal links
6. Put images on the article in Alibag Photo Gallery in carousel / sliding pane.
7. Make the some links prominent so as to attract attention.
