3D Modeller & Designer Widget for website

I am looking for a talented developer to supply me widget for Magento ( and Wordpress ) to enable embedding into my website. This widget will be a 3D base image, such as a flag, or table cover, or fabric sign - and allows for a customer to place their own jpg or png images as an overlay on a 2D diagram, and then view it as a 3D model with ability to rotate. We need this to then allow an export of the result, via a lead collection form. see example - [login to view URL] See how we capture the customer details at the start - and then more details at the end. I wish to run this plugin on the same server as my webserver so must be efficent and well written. I need to be able to use image for gazebo, tent, flag, table cover and other images. I needto have ability to add my own base image and allow customers to change the base image colour via the widget user interface, and also upload images on each printable panel on the base image. I need ability to change colour of each panel of base item to be different colour via app colour selector.
