magento2 issues after migration

ive recently had to migrated my site from one server to another, now everything is setup and the magento2 site is 90% correct, however i still get permission issues and also on the product page:

product image and dropdown size info is missed - when you check the console for errors there are over 57.
in theory - if you can fix the permissions all will be needed to do is deploy magento again to fix the errors!
