Looking for Project/Team Manager (long terms)

Dear Colleagues, We are looking for Project/Team Manager in our new IT-company on long terms base. RESPONSIBILITY ========================== - Project estimation and delegation to other freelancers. - Team management. - Monitoring deadlines and quality of work. - Internal company process assistance (some reports and service improvement, nothing complex). REQUIREMENTS ========================== If you now already busy with some project, do not worry you will get time to finish it. But please make 101% sure that you are satisfied for follow requirements: - You are an honest and responsible person I can trust. - You have to be a team leader, you will work with other people and you should do it fast and very effective. So your communicative skills is very important. - You know well freelance and you have an experience +2 year in this business (no matter what field of activity/service type). - In case of emergency you will be able to reply by phone/viber/skype or some else in any day/night time when I call you (of course I will not do it without serious reason), be ready to solve some unexpected problem or process urgent request. - You need to have some experience in services which we are going to provide to our customers. No need to be expert but you should be able to understood a requirements and be able to check job quality when job done (you might need to path some basic test). - You are focused on results, you need to have some internal motivation to achieve goals and earn good money. REWARDS ========================== Your rewards will consist of 3 parts: 1. Fixed salary (about 500$) 2. Bonus as share of profit from each customer managed by you (about 10%, this suppose to be bigger than fixed part of salary) 3. Yearly bonus. Amount of this bonus calculated as sum of all bonuses you got during year. For example if you get each month about 900$ as bonus, at they end of the year you will get 12*900$=10800$ as bonus.
