Javascript Image Upload Function Post Form

Will pay $10 for you to make a snippet of coding that will use javascript/jquery to upload image and preview the image then also have a delete button to delete a image that you just uploaded. Also there should be a left and right arrow to shift the images around based on importance. It should be in table format with a new <tr> every 4 images uploaded. Last requirement is that on page load, if there is already images put them in the table as well and make it that we can delete/move them as well. Put this into a form POST php and that's it. Done. Should take an hour or less. Must be done in a couple hours at latest. No need for cpanel details, you will simply just give us the file and we will test it to make sure it is good. Thanks.
