An interface to manage multiple ICMP Ping requests to multiple internet locations

The project is to create a simple GUI interface (web or normal application) that allows inputing a number of internet locations( either a website or IP addresses). The number of these internet locations is variable possibly between (3-5). The program will ping to these locations for multiple predefined times. I am interested in the average latency of running the ping requests on each individual internet location and also the time that was used to do the calculation. For example, the ping will be executed 100 times for a certain internet location so I want the average of the all the latencies for that particular internet location and the time. The program will automatically calculate a variable (Threshold) which is (%K) of the average latencies of each individual internet locations. The results will be saved for comparison later. The program will then allow the ping and the recalculation of the average latencies for the same internet locations using also a predefined number of requests using two methods: automatic & manual. In the automatic the ping requests will be default (quick) while in the manual the ping can be distant (e.g one every 5 sec). In each way, I will be interested in the average latencies and time consumed to perform the calculation. Finally, the program will check the latencies results after the second run against the Threshold. If the average latencies of the second run for all the internet locations are greater the Threshold values, then a message will be shown. Please look at the figure attached for insights.
