indexed author website database - php/mysql

On an admin page I want to enter these fields: author's name (last, first) website url description book titles genre the info would post a page(s) (integrated with my site) with author's name linked to entered url (link opens in resizable pop-up window 700x550 with no menus only url), description, book titles, genre. the info would be sorted and indexed by author last name and genre and all info would be searchable. There would be an ABCDEFG... across the top and a search box. I will do all data entry. Escrow payment.
