How to use the Phpbb forum Installed ($10)

Ok so I have the PHPbb installed in the server but i am having challenges in how to actually use it.
At first it seems pretty straightforward, now i just want to be able to put categories then forums under categories and its not allowing me to do it. The categories and Forums i create using the Admin panel doesnt display on the page for some reason.
