Hot Desking Script for Asterisk/FreePBX

Looking for assistance creating a Hot Desking Script for FreePBX/Asterisk without enabling device and user mode. We will be using polycom phones for this application. Desired Features/Procedure 1. To login Dial a feature code/Speed Dial i.e. *772 2. User is prompted to enter their extension 3. User is then prompted to enter their password (voicemail password) which must match (validated). The extension they are calling from must be captured as well. 4. a) If validated then that users extension they entered is call forwarded to the extension they loged in from. b) If voicemail password does not match then it says invalid password, please re-enter the password. They get 3 attempts to validate otherwise it will say goodbye and disconnect the call. 5. If there's anyway to show the new extension on the screen of a Polycom that'd be great. 6. To logout Dial a feature code/Speed Dial i.e. *773 We'd expect to receive the script(s) with instructions of where to place them or what files to modify on the PBX and to be able to test and confirm it works before releasing funds.
