I would like that job and I have 7 years of PageSpeed Optimization. However there are some items today that will not allow a green score. Such as Youtube, Amazon web services, Facebook and even MailChimp and Google fonts. You can still get the front page speed under 2 seconds. The reason is that most of outside services insert JavaScript into the website and those scripts can not be Optimized. Let me test one of your sites and i can tell you what can be done. Hello! Would love to work on this, however, please know that google page speed insights are merely guidelines. They do not have any effect on SEO ranking. A page can have a good grade on google page insights and actually be slower than a site with a worse grade. Page speed matters... Page grades do not :)
