I'm looking for a community driven website that allows users to sign up, add a profile picture and a short description and then upload 10-20 second gifs from their webcam (and/or possibly phone). Users can then comment and like these gifs and follow different users. A user profile would consist of gifs they have uploaded, the number of likes and comments each gif has and the number of people following / being followed by the user. In short it would be sort of like Instagram but solely for gifs/short videos. There are some public libraries that allow for webcam to gif creation such as GifShot - [login to view URL] I would just need this to be integrated into social media type script/website - I would prefer if it was on Wordpress with buddypress as I'm familiar with this system but if that's not possible then that is fine. The project price is not set in stone and is very negotiable based on how close to my vision you can create the project.
