Frontend needed: Layout on top of a barebone Control Panel

I got a working control panel, without layout. So it needs a layout on top of it. Examples of different templates can be found in here, these templates cost from 30$ up to 180$: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Here are some currently running websites. These sites have the same Control Panel underneath: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Some of those have unique-look but most have the "generic template". I want to think that anyone with brains can see the similarity and the problem of that kind of generic template look. I want something unique - something that looks different from those templates//websites mentioned above. I'm no graphic designer and i got no eye for such things. All i can say about the "requirements" that the template has to have the same amount of information than the above mentioned templates, but the style of the template should be: - simple-looking - minimal - calm-coloured - polished - classy Something that tells the visitor immediatelly that this is a work of a professional, and not just another generic template. There are bunch of things and info that *has* to be in the front page. Like how many players online and such. This, and other stuff as such will be discussed after the right person for the job has been found. What i DON'T want: - dark coloured theme - too much distractions - scrolling website (parallax feels stupid for this thing) - a person who don't understand english This project is not in a rush. I got a lot of time to search for the right person to do this. Completion is expected during this year, 2018. The budget is not carved in stone, and if the job goes well, there is definitely some extra work for some extra gain after the completion of the website.
