12 days , would be is really an impossible deadline since we are talking about HR/School management system and I also have developed CRM management system before so I know how much time it usually takes to complete it , I can upgrade the PHP version as well developed the front-end in React within the above proposal timeline. and If you ar eok with that,do let me know.
