Freelancer portal for Talent and project seeker

Please don't bid if budget more than 1500$. We have requirements of creating a front freelancer portal with an admin dashboard in the backend, the front portal will have project seeker and talent dashboard. Development Documentation Overall website: ● Any user may browse through the website and book a Talent as a guest (needs to fill in information) or as a registered user. ● The admin (whom are the business) have complete control over the website content, Talents & projects from the backend. Talents will have control from their own dashboard and edit their own details accordingly. Homepage (pages 1.1 - 1.8): ● Any user that is on the homepage whether as guest, registered Seeker or a Talent may talk to a ADMIN representative through the available chat, cookies should be able to keep chat conversations between that specific user and the representative if the user mistakenly or purposely left the chat. ● A Seekers Registered Profile will allow them to book a talent and browse available talents and all services provided by ADMIN. ● A Talents Registered Profile will show them quick options such as their profile, services, data, payment, calendar, etc. Login & Registration (pages 2.1 - 4.6): ● Users will be able to register as normal or use their social logins but will still be met with the same requested information and profile completion, ● Users who forget their password may reset it by the registered email or mobile number (if it was added), which will end the user an email or sms with an OTP, the user must Type the OTP then write their new Password. ● An OTP verification will also be required upon registration of the users. Registration - I am a Seeker (pages 3.1 - 3.6)): ● The Seeker will go through the registration process with questions in regards to what they are looking for as a Seeker, they will still have to complete their profile later on in the profile section. ● After registration when they land back onto the homepage they are met with a “complete profile” banner that goes away (only on the homepage) when clicking “OK” but comes back the next day if profile is still not completed (clicking ok also takes the user to complete their profile), once all information required is inputted the banner will no longer appear. Booking a Talent (5.1 - 5.7): ● When a Seeker and/or a Guest user lands on this page they will have access to view all the registered Talents that are available on the website. ● The Seeker and/or Guest can narrow their search by filtering Talents Tarteeb thinks will cater to what the Seeker and/or Guest is looking for. ● Clicking on “Our Top picks” will give them a page similar to (page 5.4). ● Clicking on the small square box underneath the Talent will highlight the Talent. ● The Seeker and/or Guest user hovers with a mouse (PC) over a Talent card, or click on it (Mobile), the card will slightly expand showing the social media accounts and number of followers, in which the Seeker and/or Guest can click on “Book Now” to proceed with booking the Talent (refer to documents sent), Am unable to post more, pls check attach Seeking a Talent (pages 6.1 - 7.6) pls check attach Profile (pages 8.1 - 9.8): pls check attach Language: Arabic + English Payment gateway: [login to view URL] Require a QA team to test the project Designs link [login to view URL]
