For NopCommerce Professional - Plugin te edit/ change Affiliates

This is a task that should take 2-3 hours for an experienced person who knows how to make NopCommerce plugins. Please include your estimate of hours when you send your bid. Task: Make a plugin to permit changing the Affilate from the "Edit Customers Detail" page. Make a dropdown box to select and affiliate from the existing affiliates. Once tests of plugin are approved we release 50% of the milestone the other 50% on approval of source code.
