Fix Wordpress bug from plugin

I added an add on plugin to woocommerce, it works perfectly fine on it's own but it's interfering with other aspects of the product page. So far I've noticed that trying to edit the permalink and category/tags/characteristics section do not work in this page. It's probably not the latest version but I cannot get that, so looking for a way around it if possible. Thanks
