I have read details. I think the website might be under some attack, either the theme has been update or there is some malicious code that is effecting the plugins as well. I understand that the plugins area is not accessible, and google is unable to show the website meta in search results. The second issue happened to one of my other websites, but that was in asp.net. They changed meta through some technique. Whats your website link? Can we create it again to get rid of all bad things? It depends upon the pages/contents you have. Tx

Hi, What I will do: I will just redevelop your website using the existing database and theme. As the website is hacked , its not possible to check all the files for suspicious code, so its better doing redevelop. Just need to check the theme folder well. Once I redevelop, the Add new plugin issue will be solved. I will install all used plugins again. Finally, I will submit the website for Google indexing with a site security plugin installed.
