We are a small used computer warehouse that would like to improve sales through our website's shop. Everything works well for the most part, however we ran into an issue with our theme that needs to be fixed. Essentially when you click through any shop category you are brought to a list of all products. This page is extremely clunky, dysfunctional, and hard to navigate. The titles of all the products do not link to the product pages, but rather a massive "no image available" thumbnail above each product acts as the link. This is useless for our business as we do not take photos of most of our products. We have also had customers complain about having to endlessly scroll down the page as the thumbnails are so large that they only allow 3 items to be displayed at any given time. We want the thumbnails completely removed, and we want the product titles to link to their appropriate pages. So far we have tried going into CPanel and editing the [login to view URL] file for our theme, however any code we found online that presumably should fix the issue did not.
