Fix modules for legal web app

If you speak Spanish... extra points. You KNOW your PHP. We are going to develop the first two modules of a suite for legal services. They were coded in Laravel, but a few minor things now are not working. Some work has been done already. The first part is to get users to register. This MUST be mobile friendly. The primary key is the user ID. Once we have that, the system will query the DB and pull some info from it (name, last name, DOB, other). The user will complete the registration. (adding social fields like phone, email, facebook, etc) This will create a user profile. We have two databases. A "citizens" database that is a read only database and a "clients" database where we store all the information from the people. Once we have the registration fixed and can store clients information, I will hire you to do the modules we want to do. Consider this a test. Impress me.
