Das bietet die Möglichkeit die funktionale Ebene einzubauen und danach entscheiden, wie die Ergebnisse dargestellt werden sollen (GUI, Web-Panel, Konsole). If you want to create a web page with rates it should be a very short and simple project, about one day of work. Please send me a message i would like to know more about how do you want to predict the rate changes. I have previous experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), so if you have some ideas about how to get any indicators from the newspapers i will be happy to hear you.
