Hi freelancers, We run an essay marking company and are looking to upgrade our system. Here is what we need: Student uploads essay adding comments etc and makes payment by Paypal SMS is sent to our markers with details included and a link if they want to accept First marker to accept gets sent the essay by email Marker uploads their feedback back to the site as a document It gets approved by our team and is returned to the student by email Marker is paid by Paypal We currently use Wordpress for our site so would like to continue with that - so perhaps a wordpress plugin is the best option?

Yes, a WordPress plugin could be the best option for you but as you need to send SMS so do you have any SMS API? You need an SMS API to send SMS. Let me know about it. I am interested to do this project. Thanks.
