Hi. We need a way of sending an automatic message to the buyer when some specific products are purchased, we have few products that require a different message. We do printing and we require for buyers to send us artworks once they complete a purchase. What we ideally want is that once a buyer purchased a selected item they receive a message on eBay with an instructions on how they can provide us the file for a print. We are not sure whether its to be a web api or something else as long as it will send them an automatic message right after they make a purchase that its what we require. We do not need anything fancy, so not looking to spend too much. I am guessing all we would need is a panel to log in and add few specific products and custom message to them we have on ebay and then script to pull ebay purchased and as soon as a purchase is made then just send a message to our customer. Thanks
