The website has been created already using WORDPRESS and a custom theme. We need a few small design / theme changes on the WEB version. We need the website to have a different look / feel for MOBILE version based on the mockups provided. The coder will be using the current WORDPRESS elements / content and doing a design / theme implementation for MOBILE only. We need an expert coder who can work fast, MUST SPEAK ENGLISH. Must have the project completed in 3 days. No exceptions.
