Design a clickable GUI demo

Need a demo gui created that has the same theme and feel as the attached screenshots. The demo should be web based, and should allow us to edit component names. The reason is to show clients a demo that they can understand prior to individual needs development. We need to add the following functionality : Dashboard should show: Data Flow tab to manage workflows. What our system does is allows us to connect to any other system and push and pull data from it with automatic rules or triggers. A graphical representation should be viewable- where we can click on the link for additional information like status, and reports/data sent.. and allow us to make link configuration chages, and should also allow us to click on the source or destination systems and get mor einformation on those systes such as- most recent activity, most recent reports sent. This shoudl be viiual and the common icons needed are: Link, VPN, Record System, Statistical System, Hospital system, reporting system. Imagine a place where you can see the data/record flow based on triggers (custom triger names should be able to be set like: admission, discharge, on signature, on record change, etc) . One of the tabs/options shoudl be hardware/server management- where we can see server utilization and its connection with the dashboard "flow" . In summary, like a visual and clickable GUI flowchart of data mocing from one system to another, or severl to one system, inside and outside of an organization . One of the Tabs hsould be: advanced record management, where t has the option to customize record merging (usually pdf format), pdf mookmring so when we merge records, it simply amends to one single pdf with bookmarks in the index to be able to merge records beloging to the same "patient" for example into one pdf with bookmarks.
