Debugging & New Dev for Custom PHP website

I have a completely custom built PHP website that is outdated and buggy. It is a portal that has active users who can submit data to the site admins via forms. The site is permissions-based and users have limited perms whereas admins can manage various features in the site as well as users and their submissions. I require some bugfixes as well as some development required for new features. I am looking to find a developer that is going to be able to work with me on a few tasks immediately and then possibly on an ongoing basis as tasks come up for this site. The site was coded in PHP 5.x.x and some code is quite old. I need a developer who is really skilled at custom and clean code. I was a dev myself for many years and will be available to help and introduce the developer to how the site is set up and for any technical questions. This should eliminate a lot of the need to figure out how things are set up and save time, however there will still probably be a learning curve with some time spent figuring out the site structure. Example tasks may include - Making sure SSL is working on all pages Working on custom feature to read data from CSV and import into a database Debug existing features like cron jobs that run php scripts, php functions within the system that aren't working properly and basic site functionality that isn't working Making sure site forms and input fields are secure and not easy targets for being hacked Most of the site uses custom PHP/HTML/CSS but a portion has Wordpress installed and so someone familiar with a few basic Wordpress things would be helpful as well but not really required.
