This is what I am looking for at the moment for the first version of Zoho Customization & Integration: 1. Create Zoho Form (to capture Name, mail, Mobile of lead) which will be integrated on the website 2. below the form, there will be two options - PAY NOW, PAY LATER (check attachment). 3. On clicking PAY NOW, the lead data should be passed to the CRM and customer should be made to pay through Indian Payment Gateway Razorpay. 4. On clicking PAY LATER, the lead data should be passed to the CRM. 5. In both cases, an automated mail should be sent to the customer. 6. From the time the lead is created, automated mails should be sent to customer at regular intervals giving him some information and encouraging him to pay. Note that this is just the first version. More features to come in the upcoming versions.
