Our small company (max 5-6 employees) needs to upgrade from excel spreadsheets to something better!
Every month, each employee sends by email an excel logbook that contains time worked on each project, a description, etc. In other pages, each expense (with taxes split, GST/HST/QST in Canada/Québec), personal car km's used and for which project, etc. All submitted invoices must have a picture scanned and attached.
I'm looking to make an online solution (to put on our Bluehost server) where an employee can enter their time on a daily basis and according to which project, and upload expenses. Then, I need to be able to get reports of time spent on projects, so the clients can be invoiced.
I have found some good online solutions that already exist, but none of them can handle multiple taxes easily.
Upon request, I will provide a sample monthly logbook that we currently use.
